MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT, SUICIDE PREVENTION
AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
FOR BROS AROUND THE GLOBE

DR SIMON H YAM PhD

Welcome to BROS GLOBAL. I'm Dr Simon Yam, founder of BROS GLOBAL, professional life coach and mental health advocate for men around the world. I am also an accredited instructor for Mental Health First Aid Australia.

I commit my life to empower blokes like you to find peace within yourself, have the knowledge and power to seek support for your mental health and find the courage and resilience to fight the stigma of male depression and suicide in your diverse communities.

I am passionate about helping you fellas rediscover your confidence, build courage and resilience to overcome societal pressures and expectations of what it is to 'be a man' - across racial, cultural, socio-economic, age, sexual orientation, religious or health differences - let go of regrets, past hurts, guilt or fear,  follow your dreams and live your life purpose to the fullest.

BROS is an acronym for 'Brothers Reaching Out in Solidarity'. Because mental health does not discriminate, the support spans globally for all men who identify as peers for one another.

BROS GLOBAL's motto is to encourage men around the world to BE THE BETTER MAN, ALWAYS. Browse through the site, and follow us on Facebook page to receive daily nuggets for a better, happier and more fulfilling life.
