Der Dargebotene Hand is an association of twelve locally and regionally anchored, independent organizations under a national umbrella organization. The offered hand is open to all people, regardless of religion, culture and origin. It is based on the principles of the European Federation of Telephone Pastoral Care IFOTES (International Federation of Telephone Emergency Services). The regional offices each offer independent advisory services via Tel 143 or online.
